Building contractor Daniels and Anderson collaborated with William Bain, Sr., to build his design.

This model home measured 26 feet by 35 feet and had two stories and a basement. It contained 7 rooms with a breakfast nook and a basement garage. Needless to say, walls were composed of brick.
