This ski chalet had a steeply pitched gable roof, supported by paired rafters. Rafters and cross beams were carried on log posts. One side of the chalet featured an extensive deck projecting out on the second floor.

Samuel Cabot, Incorporated, featured an exterior photo of this ski chalet in an advertisement for Cabot Stains titled "Bring out the Best in Wood," produced in 1970.
