This three-bedroom, one-bath residence featured a prominent projecting living room lit by a large bay window. The house has one story without a basement. The living room occupied a central spot between a kitchen laundry wing on the north side and a bedroom grouping on the south. The dwelling cost $6,000 to build c. 1940. A cross-gabled roof covered the house. The two-car garage was attached to the house, positioned to the north off of the laundry and kitchen. When first built the house had 21,000 cubic feet of space.
