The Seattle Times called the Egashira House "...an interesting combination of contemporary and Japanese architecture. It features a formal Japanese garden and pool." (See "Tour of Home Will Aid Clinic," Seattle Daily Times, 06/13/1958, p. 25.) A tour of the house to benefit the Mary C.
