This two-floor mall, opening in 1998, catered to Asian-American shoppers living in the Richmond, CA, area. In 2011, it had 52 stores, anchored by a 99 Ranch Market, that operated on a piece of land formerly occupied by a Breuner's Furniture Store. Regency Centers Corporation owned it, and Pacific Infinity Company, Incorporated, served as the mall's developer.
