This "neighborhood mini-park," as it was called by the City of Spokane Department of Parks and Recreation, contained 26.25 acres. The park featured softball/baseball fields, tennis courts, hiking trails, soccer/football fields, picnic areas, playground equipment and restrooms. Its designer was the Idaho landscape architect, Jon Mueller.
