The Davis Brothers operated this early San Francisco, CA, department store. In 1897, they merged with the new Emporium Company, a business operated by Frederick W. Dohrmann (1842-1914), in a huge new building at 835 Market Street in San Francisco.

This bazaar, a retail business composed of individual shopkeepers in one location, opened c. 1872.
