The Seattle, Washington, City Directory, 1926, (p. 691), indicated that Hamrick was the President of the Egyptian and Manager of the Blue Mouse.
In 2011, Panos Properties LLC owned the former Rite Aid Pharmacy at 4535 University Way NE. The Rite Aid closed in 2010 due to a combination of factors, including competition from a nearby Walgreen's Pharmacy, its location near a bus stop, and the serious recession experienced after 2008. The Panos Family has owned the property since at least 1996.
