Unbuilt; a $750 bill for architectural services was found by Platt biographer Keith N. Morgan in the "Platt Office Papers." (See "List of Buildings, Gardens, and Projects," Charles A. Platt The Artist as Architect, (New York: Architectural History Foundation and MIT Press, 1985], p. 254.) The bill covered work for a "preliminary plan for development at The Highlands, Seattle, Wash."
