In 10/1957, the Pomona Tile Company announced a new line of decorative ceramic tiles created by five different designers: the painter, Millard Sheets (produced a tile called "Bahama Reef"), furniture designer, Paul McCobb ("Roulette"); graphic artist, Saul Bass; the furniture and interior designer, Paul Laszlo; and the textile designer, Dorothy Liebes.
