Overview
In 2017, there were four buildings in this complex, a clinic, office building, barn and kennel. The latter two were situated next to each other, but were not connected.
Building History
A donor, Sara Bayless, provided 4.4 acres of land on which to build this Humane Society Animal Shelter in Ojai, CA. This was an early design by Eric Lloyd Wright, grandson of Frank Lloyd Wright. Eric Lloyd Wright (b. 1929) began his own practice in 1978. Up until this time, he had assisted either his grandfather (Frank Lloyd Wright [1867-1959]) or his father, the noted Los Angeles architect, Lloyd Wright (1890-1978).
