Designed by and for the Seattle architect Harrison Overturf (1908-1972), this residence was owned subsequently by Polly Teeter (whose family owned the legendary Del-Teet furniture store) and, after this, Janette Rockefeller. The Seattle real estate owner/developer, Mike Repass, owned the property after Ms. Rockefeller. Both he and Ms. Teeter subdivided the original lot during their periods of ownership.
Architect's own house; according to Michael Repass, who lived here, the house had its address changed.
Owner Janette Rockefeller added a sun room on the dwelling's south side and a library on the north. These wings were retained during the recent demolition.
Demolished; a recent owner (c. 2005) tore down all original portions of the Overturf House.
