In mid-1962, developer Del Webb announced his intention to build a 20-story skyscraper in Fresno, CA, that would include a 200-room hotel and two restaurants above a office block containing 85,000 square feet of space. Two architects were listed as designers for the project: the Albuquerque, NM, firm of Flatow, Moore, Bryan and Fairburn, as well as the Fresno, CA, designers Litzie and Daley.
