Park City Corporation, led by its President, H.R. Watchie of Seattle, WA, was set to build a $500 million residential sub-division in Washington County, OR, 10 miles to the west of Portland, in 10/1962. Utilities were to be laid in late 1962. Construction of 500 houses, a golf course and additional utilities would follow beginning in 1963.

The construction team included Victor Gruen and Associates, Howard Harstad and Associates and Larry Smith and Associates.
