This concrete block hotel pioneered a new combined "lift-slab" and "tilt-up" method of construction. Mackintosh and Mackintosh were the Structural Engineers for the hotel, Chuckrow Construction built the design. The hotel had 200 rooms and 100,000-square-feet.
