A recent and well-known local tenant was the Pegasus Pizza restaurant; this establishment moved next door to 2770 Alki Avenue SW in 11/2007. Anastasios Karvounaris owned the building and property, which had an appraised value of $1,038,500 in 2010.

This one-story store building occupied a 6,893 square-foot (0.16 acre) lot and contained 1,578 square feet on interior space.

It was demolished in early August of 2010, to make room for another one-story store. The owner hoped to build a mixed-use retail/apartment building on the lot, but, like most developers in 2010, could not get financing.
