The Pacific Coast Biscuit Company erected this 4-story building constructed with a stone foundation and pressed brick walls. A square, it measured 120 feet on all dimensions and was located at Occidental Avenue and Jackson Street. As a 1900 news article mentioned, the company obtained it "through J.W. Clise" the real estate speculator. (See "Real Estate vs Nome Fever," Seattle Daily Times, 05/26/1900, p. 13).
