On 01/05/1930, a theatre stood on the spot of the 1st National Bank of Fullerton, Spadra Road Branch, Fullerton, CA. It was to be demolished to make way for the bank, except for the outer walls which were to be reused. The one-story (plus mezzanine) bank as configured measured 45 x 140 feet, and was set to cost $59,000.
