The Washington Baptists Convention commissioned John Graham and Company to design a $1,644,000 retirement home located to two others--Masonic Home at Zenith and Wesley Gardens--in the unincorporated King County area known as Zenith in 1963. Cawdrey and Vemo, Incorporated, served as the Building Contractor for the Judson Park development. Zenith is now part of the incorporated city of Des Moines, WA. In 2010, the American Baptist Homes of Washington operated the facility. The Baptists acquired land for the retirement facility in 04/1959.

The retirement facility consisted of two buildings, an apartment building of 4 stories and a convalescent hospital one story tall. The four-story building had 265,674 square feet of space and occupied part of the 8.88-acre campus. In 2010, the complex had an assessed value of $18,439,900.
