According to an article in the Seattle Sunday Times of 05/30/1909, an addition to the existing Nestor Building was being planned, a commercial annex with a long, 216-foot street frontage, divided into at least 12 storefronts. The second floor was filled with office space. It stood on Westlake Avenue between Olive Street and Pine Street, across the street from the Majestic Theatre which was being constructed in 1909.
