Seattle architect Andrew McQuaker designed a two-story, brick and concrete, $22,000 retail/office building for Port Angeles, WA, in late 1926; the first floor was to be occupied by a Saveway Grocery Store. The building would be 30 feet by 30 feet in dimension. S.S. Mullen of Port Angeles submitted the winning bid to erect the building.
