The Grunbaum Brothers Furniture Company commissioned the Sound Construction and Engineering Company to erect this four-story, reinforced concrete building on 6th Avenue near Pine Street in 08/1921. The expected occupancy date was early 1922. Cost was said to have been around $350,000.
