An article in the Seattle Sunday Times of 02/18/1906 stated: ""Architects Somervell & Cote have sent out plans for figures for a $25,000 three-sotry and basement brick block for William Walker on First Avenue, between Blanchard and Lenora Streets. It will be 60x120 feet in size." (See "This Will Be a Big Realty Month," Seattle Times, Social Section, 02/18/1906, p. 6 [p. 38 online].)

Seattle architects Somervell and Cote designed an 60-foot by 120-foot apartment building for William Walker on1st Avenue (between Lenora Street and Blanchard Street) in 02/1906. It was set to cost $25,000.
