The Seattle architect Frank H. perkins designed this three-story, wood-frame apartment building for F.J. Tetzner in 02/1906 for the southwest corner of Mercer Street and Broadway. It cost $20,000 and adjoined an earlier apartment building owned by Tetzner.
The apartment house had 14 apartments, each with 4 rooms apiece.
