The Simon Property Group, Incorporated, owned this mall, the largest located in southeastern Washington, in 2010. Anchor tenants at this time included three main department stores: Macy's, J.C. Penney and Sears. The mall also contained a Toys 'R' Us Toy Store, Barnes and Noble Book Store, Azteca Mexican Restaurant, food court and an 8-theatre Regal Cinema complex.
