This industrial building was removed in the 1960s, and replaced by Ivar's Salmon House Restaurant.

Wayland Mill Company owned two plants on Lake Union and Ship Canal in Seattle, WA, producing Bungalow Brand cedar shingles before World War II. It closed well before 1966, when the restaurateur Ivar Haglund purchased the site and erected his Ivar's Salmon House there.
