Architect Harry C. Deckbar designed this store building for E.P. Osgood at 165 Main Street in Compton, CA; the reinforced concrete building was to be 65 x 80 feet in area and have metal windows, cement floors and metal store fronts. It was to cost $10,000. Brownell Construction Company operated as the Building Contractor.
