Construction began on this 9-bedroom, 5-bath house in 04/1933; J.A. Knaefler built the 2-floor residence for Vicki Baum, a screenwriter for the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios. The exterior was brick with a shingle roof. A swimming pool came with the house.
