The 700 Flower Street Office Building was one of four main components of an early-1970s urban renewal project in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. Other parts of Broadway Plaza were a 250,000-square-foot department store, a 2,000-car parking garage and a Hyatt Regency Hotel.
