The cubic forms of the Kenyon House were composed of redwood, painted white. Like many houses c. 1935, it featured a prominent corner window and roof terraces trimmed by simple pipe railings. The house had a large projecting living room, kitchen/dining room, and library on the first floor, with two bedrooms on the second. Each bedroom had its own deck.
