This Long Beach Branch of the Farmers and Merchants National Bank of Los Angeles, had a cubic form, with a drive-through porte-cochere prominently attached along its main facade. The bank had an efficient and even hygienic appearance covered entirely in white ceramic panels. A neon sign placed prominently on the roof read"F & M Bank" beckoning drivers from a long distance.
