Gensler Architects teamed with the landscape architecture firm of Pamela Burton and Associates to renovate the former MGM Plaza office park which changed its ownership and name c. 2001. New owners Tishman Speyer Properties applied for permits to redesign the complex in 2002 and expected to spend $17 million renovating the buildings and the 15-acre grounds. Work was set to finish in 03/2004.
