The county seat of Pacific County moved from Oysterville, WA, to South Bend, WA, on 02/05/1893. County offices in South Bend occupied space in the Bristol and Leonard Building for one year before this courthouse was completed for $5,000 in 1894.

This square, two-story courthouse had a cupola at the peak of its hipped roof. It occupied a site made up of 22 residential lots donated to Pacific County by the Northern Land and Development Company.

Demolished.
