Kaiser's production at this plant was suspended in 01/2001. It had previously an annual capacity of 200,000 metric tons. The plant had fewer than 20 employees between 2001 and 2004, before it was sold to CVB Northwest LLC, a subsidiary of Columbia Ventures Corporation, for $4 million in 02/2004.
