Roehrig designed this brown-shingled house to have 3-stories, covered by a jerkinhead gable roof. The front featured two dormers that also had clipped gables. The front entry was deeply inset into the building,covered by a slightly projecting porch. The house's interior had boxed beams, built-in cabinets and all-new Arts and Crafts Movement furniture.
