Los Angeles architect T. Beverly Keim designed this c. 1910 Beaux-Arts Revival manse for the Rochester Family in the upscale Oak Knoll neighborhood in southern Pasadena, CA, developed and subdivided by railroad magnate Henry E. Huntington (1850-1927), mining operator and banker A. Kingsley Macomber (1874-1955) and businessman William R. Staats (1867-1928) beginning in 1905.
