This theatre opened as the "Pike Street Theatre" during the depths of the Depression, 1933, but had changed its name to the "Roosevelt Theatre" by 1941. It remained the Roosevelt for the majority of its existence, but was known as the "Town Theatre" at its closing in 1986.

In 1941, the Roosevelt Theatre building also included two other storefronts, one occupied by Burt's Jewelry Store.

Demolished; replaced by the U.S. Bank Centre Tower, c. 1986.
