The Lexington Hotel operated on the upper 3 floors of the C.C.H. Block.
This brick building had a tripartite facade; a central portion projected slightly from the sides and was topped by a gabled parapet. Windows of the central bay had round arched windows. The side bays had segmental arches; all windows were deeply inset and had prominent keystones, while those of the second and third stories were trimmed with rusticated stone. Fourth story windows lacked rusticated trim. The parapet of each side bay supported the two parts of the sign, "Lexington Hotel."
