Located on the Hylebos Waterway in the Port of Tacoma, this grain elevator opened around 03/1949 at 1801 Taylor Way. At this time, it stood next to the J.M King Company facilities at 1601 Taylor Way, on one side and the Buffelin Lumber Company on the other.
At some point, five extra silos were added to the Washington Cooperative Farmers Association property.
