This condominium had 39 units in 2010, arrayed in four, five-story blocks arrayed around a central courtyard. The site occupied land between Alaskan Way and Western Avenue. Its industrial, concrete-frame vocabulary related to the nearby Pike and Virginia Condominiums built about three years before. The 85,949 square-foot complex included a parking garage and three retail spaces set on a 26,533-square-foot lot.
