This large roller rink occupied a site on 25th Avenue NE, just north of the new University Village Shopping Center c. 1956. It had an arched roof, probably supported by trusses or glue-laminated beams.

Opening on 06/01/1958, the Rolladium was converted by Ivar Berquist into Village Lanes, a 32-lane bowling facility at University Village. James Greco was the architect on this $600,000 project.

Demolished.
