The Lillian apartments had 33 units in 2002. One report indicated that the Lillian had 34 units.
Demolished on 10/13-14/2002; in 2002, developer Vulcan NW believed the building to be structurally unusable and not the "highest and best use" for the property. They argued that repairing this housing block would cost more than half of its worth, thus making it eligible for demolition under City of Seattle statute. The Seattle Displacement Coalition, among others, contested the demolition.
