Building Notes
Seattle architect Victor Steinbrueck sketched the 3-story apartment house at 908 Eastlake Avenue just before it was to be torn down to make room for construction of Interstate 5. In an Argus newspaper article published with the sketch on 12/11/1959, Steinbrueck lamented the building's impending destruction for the sake of auto travel.
