Named to the"Nifty Fifty" list as part of the "Nifty from the Last 50 Initiative" a joint project by State of Washington, Department of Archaeology & Historic Preservation and Docomomo WEWA. This list highlighted Washington's outstanding modern architecture from the period 1945-2003.
