Sienna Architecture Company converted this former warehouse into a 45-loft apartment building in 1998-2000. Four stories were added to the original 1940s building at this time. The loft contained 12 penthouse lofts. The Portland Chapter of the American Institute of Architects gave the loft design a Merit Award in 1998.
