Mansion House was located just across Weber Street from architect E.B. Brown's enormous Mission Style Hotel Stockton.

This building still stands, although its original Italianate Styling is no longer visible. Its exterior was modernized probably in the 1920s with simple geometric details. The new corner is notable for his round shape and volutes.
