Alteration

Owners of the Imperial Hotel added an addition, known as the "New Imperial Hotel," in 1909. Forty years later, the New Imperial was sold and separated from the Imperial, which was then renamed the "Plaza Hotel."

The Imperial Hotel was renovated in the mid-1980s.
