Building Notes

The two-story Tyee Building, later known as the Centennial Building, contained 44,098 gross square feet in 2012, 27,555 net. A reinforced concrete building, it occupied a 0.30-acre lot, located on the northeast corner of 4th Avenue and Stewart Street. Retail stores operated on the first floor, while the second contained offices. In 2012, it was becoming surrounded by high-rise condominiums.
