The Electric Utilities of Washington sponsored this dam-shaped building at the 1962 Seattle World's Fair. The fair had two basic parts: a helical ramp leading to a sheltered pavilion and a crescent-shaped dam with water spewing from it ringing one edge of the exhibit.
