Gove produced this vaguely chateauesque, 10-story design with a piano nobile for the Commercial Club Competition, c. 1910; Gove's design was unbuilt, as one by Potter and Merrill won the competition; Gove trimmed all windows with quoins and keystones and adorned the front entry with a segmental arch.
